Electronic loading certificate (Certificado Eletrônico de Embarque (CEE)) for cargo destined to the Republic of Guinea Bissau

20261001 - Despacho N - 10 states that the National Shippers' Council of Guinea-Bissau (CNC-GB) authorizes FRABEMAR to issue the Electronic Shipping Certificate (CEE) on its behalf for all cargo destined for Guinea-Bissau. The certificate must be issued according to CNC-GB procedures and requirements, and the dispatch became effective immediately on 1 October 2026 upon signature by the Director-General, Dr. Manuel José da Silva Júnior.

The 20110809 - BOLETIM OFICIAL - DECRETO LEI contains Decree-Law No. 12/2011, which created the National Shippers' Council of Guinea-Bissau (CNC-GB). Its mission is to protect the interests of importers and exporters, improve maritime transport conditions, regulate freight-related matters, and support Guinea-Bissau's integration into regional and international maritime organizations. Membership is mandatory for professional importers and exporters operating in the country
